العقيدة

المعنى الاصطلاحي :

An Ismaili Shiite sect attributed to Al-Mubaarak.

الشرح المختصر :

"Mubarakiyyah" (a Shiite sect) is a faction that split from the Ismaili sect (a "Baatiniyyah" sect, attributed to Isma‘il ibn Ja‘far As-Saadiq, that appears to support the household of the Prophet, but in reality they destroy the pillars of Islam). "Mubaarakiyyah" is associated with a man named Al-Mubaarak, who was a slave of Ismai‘il ibn Ja‘far. One of the most important beliefs of the "Mubaarakiyyah", over which the rest of the Ismailis differed with them, is that the Imam after Ja‘far As-Saadiq is his son Isma‘il, and then Isma‘il's son, Muhammad ibn Isma‘il, who is the last Imam and the awaited Mahdi, because the position of Imam is not passed on from brother to brother but is only passed on among descendants.

التعريف اللغوي المختصر :
