A group of Rawaafid that follow Abu Haashim, ‘Abdullaah ibn Muhammad ibn al-Hanafiyyah.
"Al-Haashimiyyah" is one of the groups of Raafidi Shiites. They follow Abu Haashim ibn Muhammad ibn al-Hanafiyyah. Their beliefs include the following: 1. Muhammad ibn al-Hanafiyyah determined before his death that his son Abu Haashim should be next in line to the Imamate. 2. His father, Muhammad ibn al-Hanafiyyah, informed him of the secrets that his father, ‘Ali ibn Abi Taalib, had revealed to him. 3. Every exterior has an interior, every person has a soul, and every revelation has a hidden meaning. Al-Haashimiyyah branched into five sub-sects, with some of them saying that Abu Haashim died and others maintaining that his soul entered the body of ‘Abdullaah ibn ‘Amr al-Kindi.
"Al-Haashimiyyah": Al-Haashimiyyah sect. They are called thus because they follow a man named Abu Haashim.
