التعريف
This is a short heading of a theoretical question under the heading of order. The question goes: ‘if an order is given by the legislator, and this order was preceded by a prohibition, does the new order constitute permissibility, or an obligation, or does the matter revert to the status that preceded the prohibition: whether it was a status of permissibility, recommendation or obligation?’.
