التعريف
Agreement by Muslim scholars that description is an effective cause for the ruling applicable to the original case, either definitely or presumably. It is one of the proper ways to identify the reason. An example is the unanimity that family relation is the reason for being a woman’s guardian when her marriage contract is being made. Therefore, the guardianship is given according to the closeness of relation.
