To repair what is damaged or out of order, or to introduce some improvements in it.
المعنى الاصطلاحي :
Repairing what has fallen into disrepair.
الشرح المختصر :
"Tarmeem" (restoration) is the act of restoring something that has fallen into disrepair, such as houses and mosques, by repairing what is broken, straightening what is imbalanced, reapplying clay to walls, and generally repairing whatever is in need of restoration, returning it to a fully suitable and beneficial state.
التعريف اللغوي المختصر :
"Tarmeem": restoring and patching. It is derived from "ramm", which means repairing something worn out in parts, such as a rope or a wall.
