التعريف :

Giving the cause to be an aspect that is supposed to exist when it does not, or supposed to be non-existent when it exists, such as ruling that a wife is entitled to inherit a portion of the blood money of her killed husband, because the deceased husband is considered to own the blood money, but this ownership is virtual, not real.
