التعريف
This is a question which scholars of principles of jurisprudence discuss under the conditions of ‘rulings applicability’. It asks: is the religious address outlining the details of the shariah applicable to unbelievers? Or are they addressed with the essential requirement of believing in Islam, but not with its details, until they have become Muslims.
