التعريف :

That the ruling was at the beginning of time addressed to the non-existent, as God knew then that such a person will exist and have all the conditions necessary to be given obligations. It does not mean that such a person is under an obligation when he does not exist - charging with what is impossible (principles of jurisprudence).
