التعريف :

A discipline that looks at all attempts aiming to deliver the message of Islam to all mankind so that they would know its creed, law, morality and manners, and that they may be guided to it. This includes all means to deliver the Islamic message, by word and deed, in all times and places, using special ways and means that are suitable to the different groups and times of the addressees.
