التعريف
A contract in which one party commits itself to examine and repair a machine or some other apparatus on regular basis, or for a known period, in return for a stated compensation. The party providing the maintenance may be committed to provide the necessary labour, without the spare parts, or to provide both. This a recently introduced contract.
