التعريف
Knowledge of the religious rulings that have priority over others, on the basis of knowledge of their status and the practical situation requiring them. Alternatively, the fulfilment of the cause of the ruling, based on its required consequences at the time of its implementation, so that its purpose is realised, and to build on that.
