Exercising self-control by not taking revenge when infuriated.
"Kazhm-ul-ghayzh" (suppressing anger) is a noble attribute of the righteous. In extreme anger, one keeps oneself under control so that one does not take revenge on the one who has enraged him nor proceeds with doing something that one is capable of doing. In these cases, one refuses to abuse others physically and verbally.
Absorbing the strong feeling of anger, tolerating its cause and restraining oneself from acting in response, despite being able to do so.
