التعريف
This is a phrase used by Imam al-Dhahabī describing a particular narrator implying that he was suspect on accuracy. It is a term of the sixth degree, the least of unacceptable grades. Hadiths narrated by people of this grade are written for reconfirmation, not as main evidence.
