التعريف :

The case when the long vowel is the penultimate letter in the final word in the utterance. The three alternatives of normal, middle and full elongation are permissible. Examples are stopping at al-raḥīm (1: 3) bayt, jūꜤ, khawf (106: 3) when stopping at these words.
