التعريف :

The case of a long vowel is followed by a consonant without a short vowel within the same word or in one of the separate letters at the beginning of Surahs. It applies in the case of the long vowel ī being preceded by the short vowel a, and this occurs only in the case of the separate letter Ꜥ, pronounced as Ꜥayn, as in the first verse of Surah 19, Maryam.
