The actual holding of hands, with a cheerful face. It is the mark of complete greeting.

“Musafahah” (handshaking) is a noble Islamic etiquette upon greeting and meeting people. Handshaking implies love and respect and is done by putting one's palm in someone else's palm and gripping their hand.
