التعريف

A sect of the ThaꜤlabī Khawārij, the followers of Abu Makram ibn ꜤAbdullāh al-ꜤUjalī. They consider a person who does not pray as an unbeliever, and they say the same about whoever commits a major sin. They claim that the one who commits a major sin is ignorant of God, and that such ignorance, not the doing of a major sin, that makes a person unbeliever. They also believe in muwāfāh, which means that God befriends or is hostile to people on the basis of what they will ultimately be like, not on what they are actually doing at present. Therefore, the ThaꜤlabīs disowned them.
