الشرح المختصر :
"Ifrā’" (cutting) means cutting something quickly with the intention of causing damage, such as cutting the skin, or slitting the arteries of an animal to make it bleed to death.
التعريف اللغوي المختصر :
"Ifrā’": cutting swiftly, causing damage by cutting. Derived from "fary", which means cutting, splitting, making, fabricating. Lie is called "firyah", "iftiraa’" because it is fabricated and concocted.
