الشرح المختصر :
"Tijārah" (trade) is transforming money by means of buying and selling in order to gain profits. It is a profession that man practices to earn a living and to multiply and increase one's wealth, such as buying a commodity in order to sell it at a higher price and make profits.
التعريف اللغوي المختصر :
"Tijārah": it is derived from "tajara", which means buying and selling. "Tājir": trader.
