al-Majallah (الْمَجَلَّةُ)

A work produced by a committee of ḥanafī scholars, together with contributing scholars from the other three schools of fiqh, with the aim of establishing legal provisions for people’s transactions, family cases and judgements. It starts with the book of sales and ends with the book of judging. It includes 1850 articles and was given the title Majallat al-Aḥkām al-ꜤAdliyyah, i.e. Book of Rulings of Justice.
