Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated directly from the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) that he said: “Whoever says "Glory be to Allah and praise be to Him" one hundred times, his sins will be unloaded from him, even if they were as much as the foam of the sea.”

شرح الحديث :

The Hadīth indicates the merit of remembering Allah with glorification,” meaning: saying “Glory be to Allah and praise be to Him”. Whoever says it one hundred times, Allah wipes his sins away, regardless of their excessive amount, even if they were as much as the foam on the sea. This is a blessing from Allah to His servants who mention Him often. This is of the supplications of the morning and the evening as affirmed in this Hadīth and other Hadīths.
