A class of the suitable. It is the description which is known to be suitable by the fact that the legislator took its kind into account in the essence of the ruling, which means that neither a text nor unanimity indicates it as cause. Nor has the legislator based the ruling on the description in any particular situation. The legislator based the ruling in some cases on its distant kind, such as interests of the type of the unity of the community, and consideration of what is needed.
