التعريف :

That a person has no hope whatsoever of receiving God’s mercy. He may feel that God will never forgive him his sins and that he will inevitably end up suffering God’s punishment because repentance will be of no benefit to him and worship is not enough to bring him closer to God. Such a feeling is itself a major sin.
