المعنى الاصطلاحي :
The uncircumcised person.
الشرح المختصر :
"Aghlaf" (uncircumcised) is the man whose glans penis is covered with foreskin. The foreskin of a male, and some of the clitoris of a female, are removed by circumcision. Circumcision is a good aspect of the divine legislation for its consequences of cleanliness and control of the sexual desire.
التعريف اللغوي المختصر :
"Aghlaf": the uncircumcised one, whose foreskin has not been cut off. Original meaning: something that has a cover.
