Lisper (أَلْثَغُ)

المعنى الاصطلاحي :
Someone who mispronounces a letter by altering its sound into another due to a defect in his tongue.
الشرح المختصر :
"Althagh" (lisper) is a person who speaks with a lisp; i.e. he cannot pronounce some letters of a word properly and replaces a letter with another because of a defect or constriction in his tongue.
