الشرح المختصر :

"Ibn-ul-makhaad" (a one-year-old camel) is a term used for a camel that has completed one year of age and has started its second year. It is called thus because its mother has become like those she-camels who are pregnant, even if she is not actually pregnant. It is called "ibn makhaad" as long as it is still in its second year, until it reaches 24 months of its age. Once the camel enters the 25th month, it is no longer called "ibn makhaad".
