المعنى الاصطلاحي :

A head wound that cuts the skin and tears the flesh but does not cause bleeding.

التعريف اللغوي المختصر :

"Bādi‘ah": anything that cuts something and tears it. Derived from "bad‘"(cutting and tearing). Other meanings: a wound, a slash that cuts the skin and tears the flesh.
