Filiation (بُنُوَّةٌ)

المعنى الاصطلاحي :
The kinship relation from the side of the son or daughter and their offspring.
الشرح المختصر :
"Bunuwwah" (filiation) is the biological relationship between a child and their parent on which inheritance between them is established. It also establishes marriage restrictions as well as the rights and obligations related to this relationship.
التعريف اللغوي المختصر :
"Bunuwwah": filiation. Derived from "ibn": son, the male child to the parent. Original meaning of "ibn": the thing that is generated from another and branches thereof.
