المعنى الاصطلاحي :
It refers to a situation when a man marries a thrice-divorced woman with the intention of making it lawful for her to remarry her ex-husband.
التعريف اللغوي المختصر :
"Tahleel": to make something lawful. Opposite: "tahreem" (to prohibit).
