A person who acts freely, like an owner, concerning a certain property.
The "dākhil" (possessor by seizure) is a person who is able, by virtue of his own effort, to personally use a property, such as a house and the like, in all ways of usage, and even exclusively. He is also called "dhul-yad" (the occupant). It is opposite to "khārij", i.e. the one who seeks the wealth and claims it for himself.
"Dākhil": penetrating into something, entering. Original meaning: entry. Opposite: "khurooj" (leaving, exiting). Other meanings: initiator, internal, coming, mixed, intrusive.
