المعنى الاصطلاحي :
Cattle used for work, like plowing and the like.
الشرح المختصر :
“‘Awāmil” (working cattle) are the cattle, like cows and camels, that are acquired to do work, like watering the crops, plowing the land, carrying objects, dragging wagons, and so on. They are not purchased primarily for trade purpose.
التعريف اللغوي المختصر :
“‘Awāmil” (sing. “‘āmilah”): a cow or camel used for watering and plowing. Derived from “‘amal”, which means work and action.
