Laughing loudly and intensely in a way that those around him can hear it.
الشرح المختصر
"Qahqahah" (guffaw) is a form of laughter characterized by delight in the face and parting of the lips out of intense joy. It is accompanied by an audible sound that is heard by himself as well as those around him. If it is not audible, it is called smiling.
