المحسن
كلمة (المحسن) في اللغة اسم فاعل من الإحسان، وهو إما بمعنى إحسان...
The one who dies leaving neither children nor parents.
"Kalālah": tiredness. Derived from "kalāl", which means tiredness and loss of strength because of fatigue. It may also be derived from "ikleel", which means surrounding. Hence, "kalālah" was said to mean the man who has no living parents or children. Given that the parents and children are the two branches of the deceased, if both are dead, then his other relatives surround him (i.e. they become his heirs).
