A part of a hadith is one portion of its text indicating the full text.
المعنى الاصطلاحي :
The apparent parts of the body that are attached to the human body.
الشرح المختصر :
"Atraaf" (limbs) are distinctive and apparent parts of human body, such as hand, foot, tongue, etc.
التعريف اللغوي المختصر :
"Atraaf" (sing. taraf): the tip, side, edge, or end of something. That is why fingers, hands, and feet are called "atraaf". Other meanings: a group or a sect.
