التعريف
Sales that specify the price as equal to, or more or less than the cost to the seller. He may tell the cost with an increase, which is known as murābaḥah, or mention his cost, which is tawliyah, or sell it for less than its cost, which is waḍīꜤah. These are called trust-based sales because the seller is trusted when he mentions his cost.
