التعريف
To leave some article at a place for a purpose. If it is because one has no interest in it, he loses its ownership; if he requests someone to look after it but it is lost, that person is responsible for it; if it is stolen, the thief does not incur the mandatory punishment of hand cutting because the article is not kept in a safe place; if the owner leaves it there as a barrier, he is the one entitled to it.
