التعريف
A procedure by which the authorities in one state extradite a person who happens to be in its territory to the authorities of another state, so that he will be put on trial for a crime he is accused of, or to serve a sentence already given. The procedure takes place on the basis of a treaty between the two countries, or on an exchange agreement.
