التعريف
This applies to the case of an accusation of adultery between man and wife, which is settled by mutual oaths. The seriousness is increased by the choice of time, place and people’s presence. The time is made after ꜤAṣr prayer, and the place is the most honourable place in the city. Furthermore, it is done in the presence of a group of people, not less than four.
