التعريف
The case where one person tells a seller to annul a contract of sale so that he can buy the same article for a higher price; or a case where a person goes to a seller before a sale contract comes into effect to offer a higher price than the already agreed one, so that the seller annuls the contract and makes a new one with the third party.
