التعريف
One of the ways to ensure the validity of analogy, and a way to establish preference among causes and evidences. It has two meanings: 1) that the meanings of the Qur'an, the sunnah and unanimity are consistent with the ruling, the evidence or the cause; and 2) that the branch case in question has many similar cases with agreed rulings. Hence, the present case can be added to them on the basis of meaning analogy.
