الشرح المختصر :
"Seeghah" (wording) is the terms and phrases that indicate the will of the speaker and the kind of action which he is performing, such as the offer and acceptance which indicate the consent of both parties to conclude a sale contract between them.
التعريف اللغوي المختصر :
"Seeghah": it is derived from "saagha", which means arranging something in a specific, commendable manner. The "seeghah" of a word is its composition, which is the result of the order of its letters and vowels.
