taymār’s land (أَرْضُ التَّيْمَارِ)

التعريف :

A piece of the land appropriated by the state, given by the ruler to a particular person to utilise. The person given the land will take of its proceeds the share due to the land itself, and the remainder of the proceeds are given to the workers. The actual land remains the state property, and the person given it is called taymārī.
