الإله
(الإله) اسمٌ من أسماء الله تعالى؛ يعني استحقاقَه جل وعلا...
The case of believing that what God has forbidden is actually permissible, even though one does not actually practise that forbidden action. To make such a case one of disbelief, it is a condition that the forbidden thing is essentially known to be part of the religion. If it is something over which scholars differ, then the case is not one of disbelief. Another condition is that the person considering it lawful is actually aware that it is forbidden.
