"Maseel" (watercourse/sewers) is an easement right (the right of a person to use the property of another for a specific purpose), refers to a canal or pipes placed above or below the ground to drain sewage water across a neighborhood on its way to a public drainage area. There are two types of "maseel": 1. Private "maseel": which is owned by the beneficiary or by the owner of the land where it passes. 2. Public "maseel": which is for public use because it passes in public property.
