"I‘nāt" (overburdening) is to force the one being charged with something to act beyond his personal inclination, which is something entirely difficult for someone led by his inclination, as he incurs toil and suffering therefrom. This is observable in people's everyday life. The Law Giver, however, does not intend to overburden the people by charging them with difficult tasks. On the contrary, it is unequivocally established that the Shariah is meant to bring lenience and facilitation.
