المعنى الاصطلاحي :
A title used for an issue related to the science of inheritance which includes: the wife, the mother, two daughters, twelve brothers, and a sister or a paternal sister
الشرح المختصر :
A description of the "Ad-Deenaariyyah al-kubra" (a complicated inheritance issue): the wife receives one eighth, the mother one sixth, two thirds goes to the two daughters, and the remaining balance to the siblings, with the males receiving double the share of a female. The amount of the inheritance was six hundred dinars. As a result, the sister received one dinar from the total inheritance.
