المعنى الاصطلاحي :
Two things sharing one meaning.
الشرح المختصر :
"Iqtirān" (association) refers to the association of two or more things in a particular meaning. An example of it is the association taking place between the Names of Allah, the Almighty, such as the association between Ar-Rahman (the Most Merciful) and Ar-Raheem (the Ever Merciful). Such association adds more perfection than each of the name being mentioned individually.
التعريف اللغوي المختصر :
"Iqtirān": accompaniment and association. It requires two things that have become united with each other.
