المعنى الاصطلاحي :
Making up for missed prayers after elapsing their prescribed time.
الشرح المختصر :
"Qadā’ al-fawā’it" (making up for missed prayers). Prayers that are assigned certain times are "missed" when they are not performed in their designated times. However, they are still mandatory, meaning that they must be made up for in full, even after their prescribed time is over.
