المعنى الاصطلاحي :
"Qadā’ al-haqq": repayment of debt and delivering it to the creditor.
الشرح المختصر :
"Qadā’ al-haqq" (settlement of debts): Rights are fixed obligations. They are of two categories: the rights of Allah, and the rights of people. "Qadā’ al-haqq" means paying the creditor back. It is noted that this term is specifically used in jurisprudence issues to refer to debts rather than tangible items.
