"Ittikā’" (reclining/leaning) is the posture that a person assumes while standing or sitting when he leans against something such as a cane, a wall, or the like, with any part or side of the body. Forms of "ittikā’": 1. Sitting reclined to either side of the body. 2. Sitting steadily on something, like in the cross-legged posture and when sitting on a chair. 3. Standing while reclining against a wall, a cane, or the like.
